With InterNACHI's (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors) certification with their continuing education requirements, IAC2 (International Association of Indoor Air Consultants -Mold) certification and HUD 203(k) Consulting I also offer you over 30  years experience as a skilled construction project manager from two Central Ohio General Contractring firms where previoulsly overseeing all phases of residential, mult-family and commerical  projects from conception to completion. This included, but is not limited to direct communication with the owner(s), architects and engineers, cost estimation of the total project, budget management, material expediting, project scheduling, sub-contractor selection, establishing and defining each of the contracturual scopes of work for the sub-contactors and most importantly the routine inspections of these projects. Inspections began with the initial site development phase and continued until the final turnover and acceptance of the owner(s). This included inspecting the work profomed by the sub-contractors and when applicable the owner supplied trades to verify the proper interpurtaion and implication of the construction drawings and documents as well as code compliance. Just to name a few of the inspections proformed routinely throughout the life of the project was the foundation work, rough faming, rough plumibng, rough electrical, HVAC and insulation phases and continued through the final finishes of the project.
